Mr Thomas T.K is the Chairman of Chesler Real Estate and brings with him a plethora of accomplishments, qualifications and accolades both educational and professional, in a career span that is approaching two decades. He is both qualified and accomplished in the fields of Finance, Trading, Gemology, and Real Estate. His career started in the Kingdom if Saudi Arabia, working for the prestigious Al Redha Group, a multi Billion Dollar Asset Conglomerate, as an accountant. A trend of ascendancy began to emerge within the early stages of his career and within a short time frame, Thekkummattatil secured the designation of Financial Controller. Mr Thomas T.K moved to the United Arab Emirates, and founded Global Trading. Refusing to sit still in his consistent pursuit of success Mr Thomas T.K shifted his attention to trading in Gold and Forex with Frank Well Bullion Ltd. From the years of 1994 to 1997 Mr Thomas T.K enjoyed much success at Thai Way International Holdings before embarking on a ten year career with the highly regarded Century Financial Brokers LLC (Licensed by the UAE Central Bank) where he secured the designation of Vice President. The company dealt in Commodities, Futures, Forex, Hydro Carbons and precious metals. With the Government of Dubai’s newly implemented legislation with regards to Property ownership, it became evident to Mr Thomas T.K that Real Estate was the future of Dubai, having been actively involved in the Domestic Real Estate Industry from 2000, Mr Thomas T.K went on to found Chesler Real Estate in 2006, named after his beloved son CHESLER.

His Educational achievements go some way to compliment a glittering career. In 1985, Mr Thomas T.K graduated from Calicut University in the field of Commerce. In from 1987 to 1989, he managed to secure a position within the highly regarded Student at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Lodi Road, New Delhi, India. He furthered his education by attaining a Masters Degree in the field of Commerce from the University of Rajistan in 1989, before attaining a second Masters qualification in the field of Finance and Accounting from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom in 1992. Mr Thomas T.K went on to gain a certified qualification in Gemology issued from IGI, in Belgium (The International Gemology Institute). He is also a registered investor in the Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai Financial Markets, and actively trades in the International Markets. In addition Mr Thomas T.K also holds the Real Estate Certified Practitioner’s Training Certificate – From Dubai Real Estate Institute under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency Dubai, and the Govt of Dubai Land Department.

Mr Thomas T.K has always adopted a grounded approach, and started his Real Estate activities from the very bottom, seeking to gain as much geographical and market knowledge as possible. With Mr Thomas T.K’s direction, effort and aptitude Chesler Real Estate has been propelled to the forefront of the Domestic Real Estate Industry. Mr Thomas T.K however harbours further ambitions for development and Chesler Real Estate remains confident that it will achieve its objectives within the near future.

Thadathil Joseph Beena is the President of Chesler Real Estate, with over 12 years of corporate experience in the region across a broad spectrum of business cycles and industries. She has extensive experience in the field of international trade, having both worked for and co-founded a number of highly reputed companies within the region including Global Trading. Also of note, is her expertise in both Currency and Commodities Trading within the International Markets gained principally from Century Financial Brokers LLC, Dubai (Licensed by the UAE Central Bank).

In 2002, Mrs Beena Thomas T.K embarked on a new and subsequently highly successful commercial venture within the Domestic Real Estate Industry, opting to name her newly found company after her beloved son CHESLER. Having concluded a huge number of transactions equating to over $1Bn, Mrs Beena Thomas T.K enjoys a highly regarded reputation within the Domestic Real Estate industry.

Mrs Beena Thomas T.K graduated in 1993, from Calicut University in the field of Commerce and furthered her studies by completing her Masters in 1996 from the University Of Calicut, India, in the field of Commerce. Mrs Thomas T.K has also attained the Real Estate Certified Practitioner’s Training Certificate – From Dubai Real Estate Institute under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency Dubai, and the Govt of Dubai Land Department equipping her with the nutrition to step up and grow within the local Real Estate Industry.

Under Mrs Beena Thomas T.K’s guidance Chesler Real Estate has been propelled to the forefront of the Domestic Real Estate Industry, and she remains actively involved in further developing the growth of the business that she Co-Founded. She is both an integral component within the Corporate apparatus and an invaluable asset to the company.

Mr Alwatari is a UAE National, and has been active in a series of commercial activities for a number of years within the United Arab Emirates. Mr Alwatari has been associated with the Chairman of Chesler Real Estate for over fifteen years, and is very much woven into the corporate fabric of the company.

Mr Alwatari holds the Real Estate Certified Practitioner’s Training Certificate – From Dubai Real Estate Institute under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency Dubai, and the Govt of Dubai Land Department. The qualification has equipped Mr Alwatari in understanding the fundamentals of Domestic Property Market.

Mr Alwatari’s primary role within the company is in a sponsorship capacity, allowing him the freedom to focus his attentions to his various commercial interests including Legal affairs, whilst simultaneously assisting Chesler Real Estate with its corporate requirements.
